Costs

· for registration (processing fee): CHF 40.-
plus
- for wall space S: CHF 100.- (only possible in combination with L or XL)
- for wall space M: CHF 200.-
- for wall space L: CHF 270.-
- for wall space XL: CHF 330.-
- for object space: from CHF 200.-

Sale

In the event of a sale during our exhibition period or afterwards, our commission is 25%.
Works sold during the exhibition period will be marked accordingly but, if possible, will remain part of the exhibition and can be collected after the end of the exhibition.
If sold works have to be taken away during the exhibition period, the exhibiting person may bring a replacement.

Mounting

We use picture rails with nylon cords to hang the pictures. The document Mounting options (PDF) shows possible picture placements based on the wall surface M. The options can be extended according to this logic. Please note that we have to place the pictures next to each other or centered below each other.

Suspension device

All works must be equipped with a suspension device on the back for mounting. You can find more detailed information in the document “Suspension devices” (PDF).
If it is not possible to attach a suspension device in accordance with our requirements, please consult with us in advance.

Labeling the works

All delivered works must be labeled on the back as follows: First name and surname of the artist, name of the work, technique, dimensions, year of creation

Insurance

Participants are responsible for insuring their works.

Delivery/collection dates

The works must be delivered or collected in accordance with the dates below. Delivery by car is possible via Rheingasse 52/rear entrance (ring the bell at FLOW Art Space Basel). Otherwise the works can be delivered via our main entrance, Oberer Rheinweg 47.

Please note that deliveries and pick-ups by car are only possible until 11 am.
