Registration
Please register using the registration form below. Please select the desired number of wall surfaces and wall size(s) (S, M, L or XL). Then the desired number of works. Then enter between 1 and 4 works (incl. photo) that you would like to exhibit and that are representative of your artistic work. Based on these photos, we will decide whether your works can be included in the selected exhibition. If you are accepted, you will then be given the opportunity to enter further works that you would like to exhibit. We will then make a final decision as to which of your works can be included in the selected exhibition.
We offer the following 4 wall sizes:
- Wall surface S: 50cmx200cm (WxH)
- Wall surface M: 100cmx200cm (WxH)
- Wall surface L: 140cmx200cm (WxH)
- Wall surface XL: 180cmx200cm (WxH)
Note: Paintings/photos etc. cannot take up the entire width of the wall.
If you would like to exhibit objects (e.g. sculptures, sculptures, ceramic art), we can offer you a space in our shop window facing Rheingasse (view from inside and outside):
- Object area: 220cmx60cmx60cm (WxDxH)
Registration deadline SUMMER#2: July 17, 2025
After your registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the payment modalities for the processing fee of CHF 40. Once the fee has been transferred, your application will be checked and a decision made as to whether your works can be included in the current exhibition.
After your works have been reviewed, you will receive an acceptance or rejection. In the event of rejection, at least one of your images including first name/last name and QR code to the website or a social media channel will be played in loop mode on our 43-inch display for the entire duration of the exhibition. If you are selected, you will receive an email from us with the payment details for the selected number of wall spaces, an exhibition contract and, if required, a form for recording all the artworks you would like to exhibit.
Please transfer the amount due and send us the signed contract and the bank transfer receipt by e-mail.
You are welcome to submit a non-binding hanging sketch by email. We can only decide whether your hanging request can be taken into account during installation.
The works must be delivered or collected in accordance with the dates below. Delivery by car is possible via Rheingasse 52/rear entrance (ring the bell at FLOW Art Space Basel). Otherwise the works can be delivered via our main entrance, Oberer Rheinweg 47.
Please note that deliveries and pick-ups by car are only possible until 11 am.

Works sold during the exhibition period will be marked accordingly but, if possible, will remain part of the exhibition and can be collected after the end of the exhibition.
If sold works have to be taken away during the exhibition period, the exhibiting person may bring a replacement.
All works must be wired on the back for mounting. You will find more detailed instructions on the wire sketch (PDF).
If it is not possible to attach a wire according to our requirements, please contact us. We are sure to find a suitable solution.
All delivered works must be labeled on the back as follows: First name and surname of the artist, name of the work, technique, dimensions, year of creation
Participants are responsible for insuring their works.
